· Returns: You may return items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

· Exchanges: To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@glorysusstore.com Exchanges depend on product availability.

· Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

· Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
